Hi all. Apologies i've been a bit off line for the last few days. Was away down in Somerset doing a 3 day bike sportive (Tour Of Wessex). Soooooo much fun. Would definitely recommend it. Anyway i am trying to work out timings for the weekend in terms of meeting up etc - as soon as i know when the pro press conference and briefing is i'll send over a plan. Will also give you some general advice about what to do in race week in terms of getting as fresh and prepared as possible. Who's getting excited? I am!! BTW I'm loving following you Emma and Giles on strava. So impressive seeing you rack up the sessions! Don't do anything too crazy this week. Maybe at the weekend do a 35 mile ride one day and 8-10 mile run (absolute maximum of 10) the next. Any questions - fire them across. I'll try to check this each day. BRING IT ON! Lucy
